چکیده
Breast augmentation mastopexy is a common procedure in cosmetic plastic surgery. Augmentation has proven to be relatively safe operation, but surgeons should aware of and able cope with disastrous complications such as soft tissue necrosis nipple loss. The most important consideration breast reconstruction the recovery shape symmetry, well maintenance nipple-areolar complex without any complications. We experienced case sequential reconstruction, which purse-string suture technique was used repair medium-sized circular defects accompanied by loss central area both breasts preserve mounds. Modified CV flaps were performed for left Elsahy method reconstruct right nipple. Tattooing on areolar reconstruction. Through patient achieved satisfactory aesthetic results. In medium-sized, round loss, pursestring simple effective reconstructive option that enables mound requiring additional incision or distortion surrounding structures.

Managing Necrosis of the Nipple Areolar Complex Following Reduction Mammaplasty and Mastopexy.
The objectives of this article are to explain the mechanisms of injury that result in ischemia of the nipple areolar complex (NAC) after reduction mammaplasty or mastopexy, to offer recommendations about the management of this complication, and to illustrate reconstructive techniques that can be used to correct deformities arising from necrosis of the NAC. With these goals in mind, the article ...
متن کاملNipple-areolar Complex Reconstruction following Postmastectomy Breast Reconstruction: A Comparative Utility Assessment Study
BACKGROUND Nipple-areola complex (NAC) reconstruction occurs toward the final stage of breast reconstruction; however, not all women follow through with these procedures. The goal of this study was to determine the impact of the health state burden of living with a reconstructed breast before NAC reconstruction. METHODS A sample of the population and medical students at McGill University were...

متن کاملNipple-Sparing Mastectomy and Ptosis: Perforator Flap Breast Reconstruction Allows Full Secondary Mastopexy with Complete Nipple Areolar Repositioning
BACKGROUND Patients with moderate to severe ptosis are often considered poor candidates for nipple-sparing mastectomy. This results from the perceived risk of nipple necrosis and/or the inability of the reconstructive surgeon to reliably and effectively reposition the nipple-areola complex on the breast mound after mastectomy. METHODS A retrospective review identified patients with grade II/I...
متن کاملNipple-Areola Complex Necrosis after Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy with Immediate Autologous Breast Reconstruction
BACKGROUND Autologous or implant-based breast reconstruction after nipple-sparing mastectomy is increasingly preferred worldwide as a breast cancer treatment option. However, postoperative nipple-areola complex (NAC) necrosis is the most significant complication of nipple-sparing mastectomy. The purpose of our study was to identify the risk factors for NAC necrosis, and to describe the use of o...
